Karigo is a digital relocation platform designed to make moving belongings simpler, more transparent, and less stressful. The product connects people who need to move with reliable transport providers, giving users a structured way to plan a move, select the right vehicle, track their belongings, communicate with drivers, and manage the entire relocation process from one place. Instead of relying on fragmented conversations, phone calls, and uncertain pricing, Karigo brings the discovery, booking, logistics, communication, and tracking experience into a single digital journey. My role: Product Designer · UX Strategist Focus: Product Strategy · UX Research · User Flows · UI/UX Design · Interaction Design Platform: Mobile App The Problem Moving is often a fragmented experience. Users have to search for available transport, negotiate prices, coordinate with drivers, keep track of their belongings, and deal with uncertainty throughout the process. Karigo was designed to turn that complexity into a predictable, guided experience. The Product Vision Make relocation feel as simple as ordering a ride. Karigo aims to create a trusted ecosystem where users can move their belongings with greater visibility, control, and confidence—while giving drivers and logistics providers a structured platform to manage their jobs.
